Positives and negatives of social media.

There are various potential problems with social networking sites especially among teenagers.it is also one of the most popular internet activities among teenagers.  My space is the most dominant social network among teens used by 85% f teenagers who use social networks. My space allows users the flexibility to create and customize their profile pages and to share their own content including music, videos and writing. Another most popular social networking site among teenagers is Facebook. Only 7% of teens use this site. Teens usually use Facebook to stay in touch with their current friends. Teenagers also use these sites to make social plans with their friends and sometimes flirt.  One positive of social media is used to document school research promote creative talents and experiment with other forms of content creation. Is a way to interact with others who have same interests and get constructive feedback on ongoing projects. One negative aspect is that teens are exposed to harassment bullying or sexual advances. One great danger is that teens may become targets of pedophiles. Been anonymous on social sites makes it easy for unscrupulous people to target teens and engage them in harmful conversations. Even though most sites do have privacy control teens rarely use them.
